  3. This Version provides a RTF property Editor, 
  4. a RTF Label wich may be transparent, Zooming,
  5. and an improved helpfile. 
  6.  
  7. Please note: Although WPTools V1.5+ is compatible to Delphi 32 bit, 
  8. this shareware version can only be used with Delphi 1.
  9.  
  10. Programs created with this shareware version 
  11. will only run when Delphi is open, too.
  12.  
  13. To install WPTools please
  14. copy all files in the vcl directory to your VCL directory 
  15. and install WPTools.PAS as a new delphi libary.
  16. Please copy the helpfile and the KWF File to the delphi 
  17. help directory and install the KWF File with HelpInst.Exe
  18.  
  19. The archive should be named as WPTOOLS1.ZIP.
